Heather, LVT

A Western New York native, Heather is a 1992 graduate of Medaille College, and has worked as a Veterinary Technician in some of WNY’s larger practices. At Town and Country, Heather is able to utilize her skills in behavior, breeding, and OSHA compliance. Since childhood, Heather has been involved in showing and breeding AKC show dogs, with a special interest in Miniature Bull Terriers. Heather lives in her Cheektowaga home with her Bull Terriers: Leonard, Roo, Thunder, and Tripp. Heather likes to spend time traveling to dog shows, walking her herd of bullies, and relaxing with a good book.

Katie M , LVT

Originally from Vermont, Katie graduated from Medaille in 2006 with a degree in Veterinary Technology and began her vet tech career at Town & Country Animal Clinic soon after. She enjoys all aspects of her job but takes special interest in surgery and the anesthetic monitoring that goes with it. Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband Nick and their Labrador Retrievers, Pearl and Ella.

Valerie , LVT

Valerie has been a Licensed Veterinary Tachnician since 2003. She joined the staff at Town & Country in January 2012. During her career she has developed a special interest in dentistry and senior pets. Valerie shares her home with dogs B.B. and Gipper,2 kitties named Freddy and Eva, and a pair of axolotls.

Denise, LVT

Denise graduated from Medaille College in 1992 and has been working as a veterinary technician in Western New York since then. She has a special interest in dentistry & radiology, as well as working with exotic pets. In her spare time she enjoys reading, drawing and spending time outdoors. Her home is shared with her husband Albert, their daughters Savanna and Sienna, 2 dogs, 2 cats and some reptiles & amphibians.

Jessica,LVT

Jessica joined our team in July 2021. Jessica has worked with Veterinarians in both Canada and the USA, since graduating from Medaille College in 2009. Jessica currently resides in Ontario, Canada with her husband Alex, daughters Chrissy and Rylee, and their Munchkin kitty "Napolean".

Katie S,LVT

Katie, a Buffalo native, graduated from Medaille College in 2018. SHe was inspired to switch her career after adopting her dog Charlie and learning she had a great love for animals. Katie not only has a history of working with dogs and cats, but exotics also. She has a special interest in rehabilitation, stemming from her background in Sports medicine. When not at work, Katie enjoys spending time outside with her dogs,watching the Bills,traveling, and reading. She shares her home with her boyfriend Tom , their dogs Charlie and Cooper, and a kitty named Carl.
